Las Deltas Mutual Water Company was selected to receive state grant-funded managerial support from a State appointed Administrator as the system transitions to safe drinking water. The water system has surpassed the maximum contaminant levels (MCLs) for Total Trihalomethanes (TTHM) and has failed to maintain system pressures. Because the water system does not have the financial or managerial resources to bring the water system back into compliance, Provost & Pritchard will serve as an Administrator to help provide solutions for safer and affordable drinking water.
